Cancellation Window
Tee time cancellations follow the club's cancellation window. Bookings cancelled within this window may be eligible for a full refund or rebooking, while later cancellations may be subject to a fee. The exact window is shown at the time of booking and may vary by date and rate.
How to Cancel
You can cancel an upcoming booking from your dashboard. If you have trouble cancelling online, please contact the club's pro shop as early as possible so your slot can be released to other players.
No-Shows & Weather
No-shows may be charged in full. In the event of course closure due to weather or maintenance, affected bookings will be cancelled at no charge and you will be offered a rebooking where possible.
